The Cool Time online class uses live-action and animation to help people with intellectual disabilities understand hot thoughts and feelings, stress, consequences and methods to cool down. Cool Time podcasts provide hands-on practice in relaxing and cooling down. The program includes printable colorful charts for students to keep track of their progress.
