Systematic Supervision Elementary School
Stephen Smith and Jeffrey Sprague, Ph.D. from the Institute on Violence and Destructive Behavior at the University of Oregon present this professional development program.
Dynamic and flexible, this one-hour training uses video examples, graphic printables, journals and knowledge checks to teach staff effective supervision techniques for playgrounds, hallways, cafeterias and other school common areas.
Systematic Supervision is a Positive Behavior Support-based approach that reduces negative behaviors and encourages positive behaviors at school.
In five modules, staff will learn to:
