This is a dynamic and flexible training using video examples, graphic printables, journals and knowledge checks to teach staff effective supervision techniques for playgrounds, hallways, cafeterias and other school common areas.
Systematic Supervision is a Positive Behavior Support-based approach that reduces negative behaviors and encourages positive behaviors at school.
In five modules, staff will learn to:
- Teach Rules & Expectations
- Move & Scan
- Use Positives to Support Good Behavior
- Respond to Problem Behavior
- Work as a Team
