Systematic Supervision Middle School
Stephen Smith and Jeff Sprague, Ph.D. from the Institute on Violence and Destructive Behavior at the University of Oregon
Dynamic and flexible, this one-hour training uses video examples, graphic printables, journals and knowledge checks to teach staff effective supervision techniques for monitoring, hallways, cafeterias and other school common areas.
Systematic Supervision is a Positive Behavior Support-based approach that reduces negative behaviors and encourages positive behaviors at school.
