Because the many professional membership organizations use differing systems for calculating CEUs, the University of Oregon Division of Continuing Education documents participation in a learning experience by the "clock hours" or actual time spent engaged in the activity.

Verification of your completion of the course will be sent as a secure PDF. If you would prefer to receive a hard copy please notify IRIS Media, via e-mail, of your preference. The actual certificate is 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 inch parchment, including your name, the title of the learning event, and the number of hours. It is issued by the University of Oregon, Division of Continuing Education and serves as your verification of participation.
